I am in receipt of the letter dated 1 -25-95 to Mary Gaudio
reference her property located 3 Pollys Lane , Montville .
Please be advised , I contacted a builder to start on the
bathroom today. I called the tenant Russell Ruediger to schedule
an appointment most convenient to him and his reply was he is not
going to allow me to enter the property .
I wi l l continue to try and keep you informed . I am having the
builder obtain a demolition permit today to cover this work in the
bathroom.

{'7dinances .
You are hereby ordered to discontinue the violation at the above
referenced property under Connecticut Amendment, Section 117 . 4 of the
Connecticut State Building Code.
The violation consists of : failure to maintain the property (see section
104 . 0 enclosed) The roof is leaking around the picture window with an
electrical outlet below it , the tub is leaking in the bathroom and going
through the floor into the basement and the overhead kitchen light is not
working properly.
