Dear Mr. Sogolow:
This office is aware that you recently constructed a deck on the front of your residence. A review
of our and the Building Official's files indicates that you did not obtain permits for this structure.
Please come to this office within ten days from the above date to apply for a zoning permit. You
will need a plot plan of your property showing distances from your structure to your property line.
Subsequent to receiving your zoning permit you must obtain a building permit from that office.
Advisement for preliminary requirements can be obtained from the Building Official.
