During a resent review of our files it was established that permit# B 2004—0248 dated May 20 2004 for
a dormer addition has not been closed out because when the final inspection was done deficiencies were
found, if these have been corrected please contact our office between 8:00AM and 4:30 PM to schedule
an inspection so a certificate of occupancy can be issued.
Please be informed that the use of this dormer addition without the required inspections and issuance of a
Certificate of occupancy would constitute a violation under the Connecticut Building Code.

This is a second notice with regard to permit#B2004-0248, dated 20-May-04 for a dormer addition at, 65
Pink Row. The required inspections for the issuing of a certificate of occupancy have not been ordered.
Per section R109.1 of the Connecticut State Building Code, "For onsite construction, from time to time
the building official,upon notification from the permit holder or his agent, shall make or cause to be made
any necessary inspections and shall either approve that portion of the construction as completed or shall
notify the permit holder or his or her agent wherein the same fails to comply with this code."
Please be informed that the use of this addition without a certificate of occupancy would be a violation of
the Connecticut State Building Code. You are requested to call our office at the number listed above to
schedule the required inspection(s)and inform use as to the status of the work performed under this
permit.
