SPECIALPERMIT REPORT
(as per Sec . 8 . 221 )
The Montville Zoning and Planning Commission, at its
J meeting of September 25 , 1984 , found the request of Pink Row
Limited Partnership for a Special Permit to construct a block
manufacturing plant along Pink Row to be consistent with the
Special Findings of Section 4 . 31 of the Zoning Regulations and
granted the Special Permit provided the following conditions are
met :
1 . That driveways in parking areas be covered with crushed
stone or coarse gravel .
2 . That haybale check dams be shown on plan.
3. That adequate and specific seeding information concern-
ing mix , rate of application etc . be included on plan.
4. That parking space near existing wastewater treatment
plant sign be eliminated.
5. That screening be shown on plan within property line
at areas to be loamed and seeded , so that parking areas
are screened.
6 . That screening be shown along boundary of R . S. R. and
Lawall properties in compliance with Section 3 . 11 ,
Col. 8.
7 . That screening be installed no later than six (6 ) months
after completion of and issuance of Certificate of Use
and Compliance for anz phase of the proposed development.
8. That a modified plan incorporating conditions 2 , 3 , 4 ,5,and
6 be submitted to and approved by the Commission' s agent
prior to issuance of the Special Permit .

agree that the above described facility is to he located at the proper distance from
street lines as required by the Zoning Regulations or any other applicable local aad state ore
and regulAtions and it is understood that the facility upon completion will be used in complia
