RE: FINAL INSPECTION OF FARIA CORPORATION RESTROOM
REMODEL
Dear Russ,
On Monday April 7, 1997 the Town of Montville Fire Marshal conducted a final
inspection of the sprinkler system modification in the new handicapped restroom at
Thomas Faria Corporation.
As a result of this inspection the required sprinkler head had been installed in the
new restroom as required by N.F.P.A. 13. This completes this project. This Office has no
problem with the issuance a certificate of occupancy for this project.
If you should have any questions please feel free to contact me at the Montville

Dear Sir/Madame,
This is to inform you that under the Connecticut Amendment , Section
119.3 a Certificate of Occupancy is required before any use of the structure.
This is to remind you that any use of your: bathrooms etc . need Fire
Marshals ' final approval and
constitutes a violation of the Building Code under Section 117 . 4 unless the
final inspection has been done and approved by the Building Official .
Please call for your final inspection as soon as possible so this office
can verify that you are in compliance with the Building Code and issue a
Certificate of Occupancy.
