As a result of this inspection the required sprinkler head had been installed in the new restroom as required by N.F.P.A. 13. This completes this project. This Office has no problem with the issuance a certificate of occupancy for this project. This is to remind you that any use of your: bathrooms etc . need Fire Marshals ' final approval and constitutes a violation of the Building Code under Section 117 . 4 unless the final inspection has been done and approved by the Building Official .
