Dear Russ:
In reply to your letter dated February 2, 1996 where you sighted us for a
plumbing violation in building 45 unit B, we were recently notified that the
tenant in unit B is moving by the end of February. I felt it would make more
sense to refurbish the unit while it is vacant.
Hopefully this will meet with your approval.

Ordinances.
You are hereby ordered to discontinue the violation at the above
referenced property under Connecticut Amendment, Section 117 . 4 of the
Connecticut State Building Code.
The violation consists of : failure to maintain the property . (see Section
104 . 0 enclosed)
This violation must be abated: by responding to this office within 14
days with a plan of correction for the leak into apartment B .
