Zip: 06340 Re; Property located at : 45 Platoz Drive and shown on the Assessor's Map: 33 as Lot : 17-I . Dear Sir/Madame, Accept this NOTICE OF VIOLATION as per 152 .001 of the Montville Ordinances. You are hereby ordered to discontinue the violation at the above referenced property under Connecticut Amendment, Section 117 . 4 of the Connecticut State Building Code. The violation consists of : failure to maintain the above referenced property. There is a bad receptacle in the bedroom of Apartment B, the tub in apartment B is leaking , there is open electrical wiring in the basement at the water heaters and also no fire extinguisher in the laundry room. (see Code Section 104 . 0 enclosed) This violation must be abated: within ten (10 ) days of the above date, please send us a plan for correcting these problems including a timetable. The Code and said standards are available for your inspection at this Office. You have already been sent a first and a second Notice of Fire/Life Safety Hazards. A reinspection has not been conducted for the purpose of determining your progress in achieving compliance with the most recent Notice of Fir/Life Safety Hazards sent to you. This is your FINAL NOTICE and you are again hereby ordered to take the proper corrective action to remove or remedy all listed violations within ( 15) days from the date of your receipt of this Notice, unless otherwise noted on the attached inspection report. Your failure to comply with this FINAL NOTICE or to contact this Office within the time period specified constitutes a crime of the General Statutes, with penalties of a fine not less that two hundred dollars nor more that one thousand dollars or imprisonment of up to six months, or both, as prescribed in Section 29-295.
