During this visit, the Contractors were met while various construction activities were being performed. These included: Placing exterior insulation and metal sheathing. Missing clips were placed, X-bracing was placed and tensioned. Work appeared satisfactory pending thorough inspection by testing lab. During this visit, William Rheaume was met while various construction activities were being performed. These included: — Placing and compacting fill material against concrete foundation walls and for slab on grade. Owner was reminded that backfilling shall be in lifts not exceeding 12" in thickness in its loose condition. During this visit, noticed that: - Placed concrete for foundation walls and retaining walls appeared satisfactory. - Backfilling against concrete foundation walls and for concrete slab on grade shall be in lifts not exceeding 12" thickness in its loose condition.
