You made 2 appointments with me and did not call or show up for either of them. I am trying to resolve the outstanding issues on the kitchen. Electrical in the island We agreed while we were in Florida that you would handle all of this for us. The Building Official from the Town of Montville was here the other day on an unrelated issue and was not too happy to see an island without electrical, This, according to him, is a Connecticut code violation. Backsplash for the drop down we paid for this already and was told that the back splash where the eating surface meets the work surface would be forthcoming. I'd would like a status of that item. Stripped Knob We still have a stripped knob on one of the cabinets. It keeps falling off. You stated you would bring us a new one on your next visit, which never happened. Adjustments to the doors There is still a cabinet door in the kitchen that was supposed to be adjusted, It Is gapped far away from the cabinet. We discussed this with the installers when they were here. I think they forgot to fix it, Richard, I do not want to get ualy about this. You are well aware of the other issues in this house. I think we can agree I have enough to deal with. These are things we have paid for in full. Taking care of them is the right thing to do. Please get back to me ASAP so I may get this off my plate. janti• cip. ed resp• e is greatly appreciated. i .na s: arest 30 Partridge Hollow Oakdale, CT 06370 860-367-0306 cc: Vernon D.
