Dear Mr. D'Amato,
We have listed below things that need to be repaired in our house.
()Deck on back of house: Legs are not anchored to the concrete pilings. we understand that the town of
--�� Montville requires that they be anchored.
2. Basement Door (interior): The door does not catch and stay closed.
iw Basement Stairs: Steps have significant "checks" (large cracks) not secure.

5. Roof leaking: During heavy rains, water has been arippmg down wail and fireplace. We have discussed
this with you before, and I know you are working on this problem.
6. Fireplace has visual damage from the water leak in the roof: Fireplace received cosmetic damage

7. Bathtub seals: Bathtubs have separated trom grout used to tile the floor. Separation needs to be sealed CO

9. Drywall (throughout house); Numerous nails have popped out, a couple of cracks nave rormea at
doorways,and sections of tape have pulled away from the drywall(in the ceilings and some walls).
10. Kitchen Plumbing: The sink in the kitchen makes a high pitched whine when using hot water. Then the

11. .ti..itcnen sink spray hose: Coiiar around the hose has broken and pulled away from the sink. Water leaks
into the cabinet below whenever the sprayer is used. Sprayer isn't supported well when not in use. (Note: I
have used this hose may be iu times since we moved in.)
12. Kitchen Cabinets: A cabinet is suit pulled away from the wail. The cabinet company tried to fix it but it is ,
not flush to the kitchen wall. The turnstile door scrapes on one side. Inc cabinet company also tried to fix
this but it is still not right.
13. Kitchen Cabinet Company: i never received a call back from them after numerous attempts to talk to the
own/manager about the -Toe Kick" we requested. We bought the--starnaarx-Premier latcnen cabinets and ,
paid more for them. We were told that we would get wooden "toe kicks" to match the Natural Maple cabinets.
Why have they not returned my calls to discuss this????(Dates I called: 7/3,7/10,9/1,9/5 and 9/19)
