E)RESOLUTION NO. 2004-85-THE TOWN OF MONTVILLE HEREBY RESOLVES to amend the Town of Montville Plan of Development by accepting and adopting the April 2004 proposed changes regarding maps and population as submitted by the Town Planner. Clr.Hillman made Motion to Adopt. Second by Clr.Radgowski. Marcia Vlaun advised that comment/approval from the Council is needed and this is considered to be a reverse 8-24. She noted the update is necessary due to changes in statutes,census figures and land use charts. After discussion whether a resolution or comment from the Council is needed,Ms.Vlaun stated it is her understanding that a resolution would be sufficient.
