I am requesting your assistance in getting these properties in compliance with the State Building Code. 64 Park Avenue Extension- Applicant applied for a permit for the installation of an above ground pool on April 1, 2002. This office issued an application rejection letter on April 23, 2002 requesting further information regarding the application. A letter was sent on April 8, 2003 requesting the status of the permit application with no response. On January 6, 2004 a violation was issued for the installation of the pool and deck without permits. The applicant called our office on January 22, 2004 and stated that they would be in with the outstanding information within the next one to two weeks. Our office has received no further information.
